Installing Jelly Bean on the Asus Transformer TF300TG tablet
Hi to all my dear friends
At the request of dear Mr. Behnam, I've posted a guide to installing the stock (official) ROM on the Asus Transformer tablet for friends to use. First, a disclaimer! You're doing this of your own free will, and I take no responsibility for any damage to your device, especially since I don't own this device myself and can't help you from experience. So please weigh the consequences. I recommend carefully reading the whole guide at least twice so you fully learn it. Unfortunately it's not possible to include screenshots :( A very, very important point you need to pay attention to is that a Downgrade isn't possible (that is, you can't go back to a lower operating system version). For everything to go as well as possible, I recommend factory resetting your device once before flashing and once after flashing. Setting > Backup & Restore < Wipe Data & Factory Reset .... The flashing process goes like this: first download the latest firmware version from Asus's website:
http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/EeePAD/TF300TG/VF_epaduser_10_4_3_7_UpdateLauncher.zip
The source of the download link is below: you can download the latest version from this link.

Make sure your tablet's model matches what's written on that page. After downloading the files, unzip them. After this you have another zip file that you need to unzip again. After doing this you'll have several files, one of which is blob. Now you need the Android SDK and Fastboot; you can find a guide to installing them, in Persian, at this link:
Now that you've read this guide, you're familiar with Fastboot and the Android SDK. Now unlock your device's bootloader with the Asus Unlock app. Connect your tablet to the computer. Turn off the tab. Now hold the power and volume down keys together until a message like this appears: Press Vol. Up to enter RCK (5s) At this point, do NOT press the volume up key. Of course, this message may not be shown at all! After 5 seconds a menu appears. Press the volume down key until the USB icon appears. Now press the volume up key to confirm. (You only have 10 seconds to do this, because after that the Android operating system will boot) Open the fastboot terminal and type the following commands in it: fastboot -i 0x0B05 flash system blob Due to some issues you may get an error a few times, but that's completely normal. When the operation succeeds, SUCCESS will be shown. After this, type the following command to restart the tab: fastboot -i 0x0B05 reboot Congratulations! You've changed your device's firmware! Guide to rooting and installing CWM: (optional) First, depending on your operating system version, download one of the files below: Jelly Bean operating system:

Operating systems other than Jelly Bean:

Now unlock your device's bootloader with the Asus Unlock app. Connect your tablet to the computer. Turn off the tab. Now hold the power and volume down keys together until a message like this appears: Press Vol. Up to enter RCK (5s) At this point, do NOT press the volume up key. Of course, this message may not be shown at all! After 5 seconds a menu appears. Press the volume down key until the USB icon appears. Now press the volume up key to confirm. (You only have 10 seconds to do this, because after that the Android operating system will boot) After this, Windows should recognize your device as a Linux device. Now move the img file to its place (you should read the guide I linked to) and open fastboot and enter the following code in it: fastboot -i 0x0B05 flash recovery recovery.img (Pay attention to the file name; for friends who downloaded the Jelly Bean-specific file, it's named recovery-jb.img) After the operation is finished, type the following code to restart the tab: fastboot -i 0x0B05 reboot Now you've installed CWM! To go into CWM mode you need to hold the power and volume down keys, and now, unlike last time, when that text, or RCK as it's called, is shown, press the volume up key.
